| 摘 要： | 目的总结经桡动脉及经尺动脉途径行冠脉介入治疗的护理体会。方法全部病例均经皮穿刺桡动脉,桡动脉失败者穿刺尺动脉,置入6F动脉鞘行冠脉介入治疗。结果 28例经桡动脉及7例经尺动脉穿刺均获成功;穿刺局部无不良反应及并发症发生。结论经尺动脉或桡动脉途径的护理基本遵循以下原则：术前针对不同的患者进行充分的健康教育;术中严密观察桡、尺动脉近端手指和掌部有无疼痛、肿胀及温度颜色的变化;术后监测生命体征的变化,观察穿刺处敷料有无渗血,局部有无血肿及指端循环情况,使患者安全渡过围手术期。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of coronary intervention from radial or ulnar artery.Materials and methods: Radial artery was punctured in all patients,and ulnar artery was chosen if failed,then coronary intervention was done.Results: Success achieved in radial artery puncture in 28 cases and ulnar artery puncture in 7 cases.No adverse reactions and complications occurred in puncture site.Conclusion: The following principles should be obeyed: health education before the intervention according... |
