介入再通术联合丹参注射液灌注治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床价值分析

摘    要:目的探讨介入再通术联合丹参注射液灌注治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。材料和方法以武汉市武昌医院及三峡大学第一临床医学院自2007年12月-2011年03月间求治的865例输卵管阻塞性不孕病人为研究对象,采用输卵管介入再通术(FTR),通过导丝和微导管对1449条阻塞输卵管进行机械再通,并经微导管直接造影和注入多种药物,试验组注入丹参注射液、庆大霉素、α-糜蛋白酶及地塞米松;对照组注入庆大霉素、α-糜蛋白酶及地塞米松,随访6-12个月,观察输卵管通畅度。结果 术后6-12个月试验组输卵管通畅率为93.61%,对照组术后6-12个月输卵管通畅率为60.18%。试验组的输卵管通畅率明显高于对照组,输卵管再度阻塞率、通而不畅率明显低于对照组。结论介入再通术联合丹参注射液灌注治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症具有良好的临床疗效;丹参注射液对感染性炎症及机械性损伤输卵管内皮的作用机理值得进一步探讨。
