| 摘 要： | 目的探讨缺血性脑血管疾病的血流动力学变化及其影响因素。方法对2007年7月～2009年7月住院的40例缺血性脑血管病患者的DSA和CTPI结果进行回顾性分析,了解脑血管狭窄程度、部位及侧支循环建立情况与血流动力学变化的关系,以指导治疗方案的制定。结果 CTPI分期与颅外动脉不同狭窄程度不具有相关性（r=0.081,P=0.57）,与颅内动脉不同狭窄程度之间亦不具有相关性（r=0.007,P=0.951）;侧支循环分级对CTPI分期的影响具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;侧支循环类型对CTPI分期的影响不具有统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论联合DSA与CTPI,可以综合评估脑血管形态与血流动力学变化,为临床治疗方案的制定提供依据。
