| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用软通道微创术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效。方法选择本院收治的30例高血压性脑出血患者,通过软通道微创术以达到清除血肿的目的。结果 微创组痊愈18例,显效8例,有效2,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%。结论软通道微创术治疗高血压脑出血能够最著降低患者病死率及致残率,提高生存质量,是一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the soft-channel minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods:Thirty cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage received minimally invasive surgery by soft channel in order to achieve the purpose to remove the hematoma.Results: The minimally invasive group healed in 18 cases,eight cases markedly effective,2 effective and ineffective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.3%.Conclusions: Minimally invasive treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can... |
