| 摘 要： | 目的探讨数字减影三维成像技术对颅内血管疾病检查和介入治疗的意义。方法通过对103例颅内血管进行数字减影血管成像和旋转三维数字成像,然后将颅内不同血管病变的图像在GE ADW4.4工作站进行处理与显示。结果 103例数字减影成像中,84例进行旋转三维成像,在指导介入治疗手术方面起到了导航作用,使介入治疗得以顺利完成。结论使用数字减影加旋转三维技术成像,能提高对颅内疾病检查准确率,还可显示出血管全貌以及各种影像表现,并可为血管介入治疗提供强有力的依据。
