| 摘 要： | 目的探讨沙培林碘化油乳剂治疗原发性肝癌的中远期疗效。方法对110例原发性肝癌患者分实验组及对照组,分别进行沙培林TACE治疗及常规TACE治疗,对术后1年、3年、5年的生存率进行对比分析。结果 实验组在术后1年、3年、5年的生存率上均优于对照组。结论沙培林碘化油乳剂免疫栓塞显示出较好的中远期疗效。
