| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超选择性子宫动脉插管和超低压间歇性栓塞法在子宫肌瘤治疗中的临床应用价值。方法采用Seldinger技术,行双侧髂内-子宫动脉造影,了解子宫肌瘤的血管构筑及其血供状况,然后,采用超选择性子宫动脉插管和超低压间歇性栓塞法行子宫肌瘤栓塞治疗。结果 26例患者子宫动脉均由同侧髂内动脉发出,子宫肌瘤由双侧子宫动脉供血并均显示丰富,呈双侧优势型16例,占61.5%;双侧子宫动脉均参与供血,但一侧供血较对侧明显丰富,占28.5%;经超选择性子宫动脉插管和超低压间歇性栓塞法治疗后,患者原有的症状消失,术后并发症轻微,治疗3～1 2个月后,子宫及子宫肌瘤均明显缩小,临床总有效率100%。结论超选择性子宫动脉插管和超低压间歇性栓塞法治疗子宫肌瘤疗效满意,术后并发症轻微,值得临床推广应用。
