| 摘 要： | 目的探讨SD大鼠种植性CBRH-7919肝癌模型的制作方法。方法先用CBRH-7919大鼠肝癌细胞瘤株接种裸鼠肩胛部皮下,再将生成的肿瘤组织移植接种于30只成年SD大鼠肝脏内,术前1周、术后连续2周内给每只大鼠肌注地塞米松2.5毫克/天。术后4周用超声检查仪和核磁共振（MRI）检查肿瘤生长情况,筛选建模成功的大鼠,并从中随机抽取5只大鼠,处死后取出肝脏内肿瘤进行病理学检查。结果 30只大鼠中有4只死亡。剩余的26只中有23只大鼠共长出28个肿瘤样结节,建模成功率为76.7%（23/30）。肿瘤大小为8.3±4.2mm。病理类型均为肝细胞性肝癌。结论直视下向免疫抑制SD大鼠肝脏内接种制作大鼠肝细胞癌模型,是一种操作方便、简单、成功率高的方法。适用于介入治疗等实验方面的研究。
