参芪扶正注射液配合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

目的:观察参芪扶正注射液配合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效增效作用。方法:配合化疗组42例及单纯化疗组42例。按不同病种及病理类型制定相应化疗方案。配合化疗组,化疗开始前1天开始配合应用参芪扶正注射液250ml,1日1次,21天为1周期。结果:参芪扶正注射液配合化疗组在改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量、提高免疫功能、保护骨髓造血功能等方面明显优于单纯化疗组,对化疗有明显的增效减毒作用。结论:参芪扶正注射液有扶正固本、增强免疫功能、减轻化疗的毒副反应、提高生存质量等作用。

Effects of Shenqifuzheng injection comkined with the chemotherapy in the treatmcnt of malignaut tumor

Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy on malignant tumor. Methods: We selected 42 cases combined chemotherapy group and 42 cases for chemotherapy group. The chemotherapy plans were according to different kinds of cancer and various types of pathology. The combined group began to use Shenqifuzheng injection 250ml once a day to support the chemotherapy, 21 days as a cycle. Results: The combined chemotherapy group was obviously better than the chemotherapy group in improving patients' clinical symptoms, living quality and immunity, protecting marrow and can apparently promote the result of chemotherapy. Conclusion: Shenqifuzheng injection improve the immunity and living quality, reducing the side effects of chemotherapy.
