| 摘 要： | 对161例不孕症患者行宫腔内人工授精,结果38例获得临床妊娠,35例流产。尽管其妊娠率较低,但对药物治疗无效,少、弱畸形精子症不育者是重要的治疗方法之一。

| Abstract: | To assess the intrauteria insemination (IUI) of 161 patients with infertility. Results showed that 38 patients got clinical preganancy, 35 patients abortion. Though rate of preganancy was low, IUI was an important method to those who were not senstive to drug therapy or whose sperm were abnormal. |
