去黄贴剂治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的观察与护理

将120例高胆红素血症患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给常规治疗,治疗组常规治疗加去黄贴剂经皮穴位透入。结果显示,治疗组在降低高胆患儿血中胆红素,增加NBNA评分及对逆转脑干听觉诱发电位方面与观察组均有显著差异(P<0.01),同时可缩短住院时间降低治疗费用。认为去黄贴剂治疗高胆红素患儿具有安全、经济、疗效好的特点。

Observation and nursing about Quhuang Tieji therapy of newborn hypercholesterolemia

120 newborn with hypercholesterolemia were randomly divided into research group and control group, two group all accepted routine treatment,but the former one was treaded with Quhuang Tieji that pass through acu point at the same time. NBNA and BAER were measured before and after treatment in two groups. The result showed that there were significant difference between research and control groups (P< 0.01), So Quhuang Tieji is a safety, economy and effective treatment.
