摘    要:本实验通过观察摄入AFB1及Ge-132后Wistar大鼠和昆明小鼠体内SOD活力的变化,进一步了解AFB1代谢途径和Ge-132与自由基的关系。实验表明,摄入AFB1的SOD活力受到抑制,而摄入Ge-132后SOD活力得到提高,且一次性摄入AFB1后SOD活力最终得到恢复,其中大鼠对AFB1敏感性相对较大。

Abstract:In order to investigate AFB1metabolic pathway in vivo and relationship between Ge-132 and the free radical, the SOD activity in Wistar rats and Kunming mices. which had been intaken AFB, and Ge-132 before and after were determined.The results showed that the changing tendency of SOD in rats and mices was lar. AFB, could signficantly reduce the SOD activity in red blood cell, serum and liver tissue. The SOD activity both in rats and mices was stimulated after intaken Ge-132. Inhibitory of the SOD activity by single injection AFB, graduated away at last. Wistar rats were more sensitive to AFB, than Kunming mices.
