| 摘 要： | 本研究探讨杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)基因多样性与中国南方汉族人群鼻咽癌的相关性。采用序列特异性引物-PCR(PCR-SSP)方法,对67名临床诊断为鼻咽癌(NPC)的南方汉族患者的血样和77例随机健康对照组血样进行KIR基因定型,并采用Wolf法计算相对危险度值。结果表明,与对照组相比KIR2DL3基因频率在患者组显著降低(χ2>3.84,p<0.05,RR=0.08),具有统计学差异;KIR2DS5和KIR2DL5B基因频率在患者组显著升高(χ2>3.84,p<0.05,RR值均>1),具有统计学差异,而其它各KIR基因频率差异无统计学意义。结论 :南方汉族人群NPC患者中KIR2DL3、KIR2DS5和KIR2DL5B基因可能与NPC发病相关。
