免疫性血小板减少症患者外周血Th17/Treg细胞比率失衡的研究

本研究检测免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者外周血中Th17细胞和调节性T细胞(Treg)的表达并初步阐明Th17/Treg细胞比率失衡在ITP中的作用及意义。ITP患者根据血小板计数及治疗效果分为治疗前组(活动组38例)、治疗后组(缓解组24例、部分缓解组10例、未缓解组4例),30例健康体检者设为对照组。用流式细胞术检测ITP患者、健康者外周血Th17细胞及Treg细胞分别占CD4+T细胞的百分率。结果表明,活动组、未缓解组Th17细胞的百分率均高于对照组(p<0.05);缓解组、部分缓解组亦高于对照组,但均无统计学意义(p>0.05);缓解组低于活动组,但无统计学意义(p>0.05)。活动组、部分缓解组、未缓解组Treg细胞百分率均明显低于对照组(p<0.01);缓解组亦低于对照组,但无统计学意义(p>0.05);缓解组高于活动组(p<0.05)。活动组、部分缓解组、未缓解组Th17/Treg细胞比率均高于对照组(p<0.05);缓解组亦高于对照组,但无统计学意义(p>0.05);缓解组低于活动组(p<0.05)。结论 :ITP患者活动组Th17细胞百分率、Th17/Treg细胞比率升高。ITP患者活动组...
