摘    要:目的:应用16层螺旋CT肝内门静脉成像技术分析正常人肝内门静脉主干分支的变异。方法:采用test-bolus技术测定正常人主动脉、门静脉及肝实质强化峰值时间;再经肘静脉注射大剂量造影剂,于该门脉峰值时间开始扫描全肝脏。采用厚层MIP(maximum intensity projection)观察门静脉1~3级分支情况,并结合SSD(shaded surface display,SSD)及VRT(volume rendering technology)确定门静脉分支情况。结果:本组正常人肝内门静脉一级分支共有7种变异类型,变异率高达33.3%,高于以往研究。结论:正常人肝内门静脉变异率较高,因此肝脏术前进行肝内门静脉成像及其分支的评估非常必要。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze variations of main trunk of portal vein(MTPV) in healthy persons with 16-slice spiral CT.Methods: Healthy subjects were used in this experiment.Testbolus techniques were used to demonstrate the peak time and maximum CT values of MTPV.Then a whole liver scan was performed right after this delay-time following the beginning injection of Omnipaque.After that,MIP,VRT,SSD and MPR were employed for 3-D reconstruction.PV branches and image quality were evaluated on MIP.According to MIP,an abirdged general view about branches,from grade one to 3 of healthy people was drawn.SPSS11.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results: There were 7 types of PV variation in healthy subject,with the variation rate being 33.3%.Conclusion: It is necessary to get the information of portal vein before liver transplantation due to high variation rate of portal vein among normal people.
