| 摘 要： | 以Meta-分析和随机对照试验文献为基础,回顾近年来用于2型糖尿病血糖控制的药物治疗及与衰老相关的糖尿病问题的循证证据.结果发现,胰岛素联合口服降糖药的治疗方案更能改善2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能缺陷;应警惕老年2型糖尿病患者合并的认知功能障碍和抑郁症.

| Abstract: | Based on literatures on Meta-analysis and randomized controlled trial, drug use and some geriatrics syndromes such as cognitive impairment and depression, in elderly diabetic patients were reviewed. Insulin plus oral hypoglycemic drugs was more rational therapy for insulin resistance and islet dysfunction in type 2 diabetes mellitus. We should pay more attention to cognitive impairment and depression in elderly type 2 diabetic patients. |
