| 摘 要： | 目的：运用循证医学的方法对中医药治疗肝炎后早期肝硬化的疗效进行系统评价。方法：检索并查阅2000年1月至2008年1月期间以肝炎后早期肝硬化患者为研究对象，设有中医或有中西医结合治疗组的临床研究文献，采用Cochrane系统评价方法，选取符合标准的临床研究文献资料，进行Meta统计分析。结果：入选文献共6篇，总病例数432例。Meta分析显示，中医或中西医结合治疗疗效在肝炎后早期肝硬化的总有效率、肝纤维化、肝功能等指标方面明显优于单纯常规西医药对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：文献分析显示中医或中西医结合治疗方案在治疗肝炎后早期肝硬化方面具有一定的优势，但高质量的中医研究文献较少，提示今后在研究的方法学上有待进一步完善。
