儿童EB病毒感染与异型淋巴细胞相关性的分析

目的了解儿童感染EB病毒（EBV）后外周血中异型淋巴细胞（异淋）是否升高。方法分三组EBV感染组、住院对照组、健康对照组各100例,取外周血涂片染色,进行白细胞分类计数,统计异淋比值。结果EBV感染组异淋为（3.7±3.8）%,与住院对照组（3.0±2.2）%比较,差异有显著性意义（F=19.241,P〈0.001）;与健康对照组（1.0±1.1）%比较,差异有显著性意义（F=71.469,P〈0.001）;住院对照组与健康对照组比较,差异有显著性意义（F=30.442,P〈0.001）。100例EBV感染组中有8例异淋高于10%,100例住院对照组中有1例异淋高于10%,100例健康对照组没有一例异淋高于10%,三组比较差异有显著性意义（χ2=13.058,P〈0.01）。在EBV感染组,有50.0%（50/100）异淋≤2.0%,也就是有一半的EBV感染者异淋没有升高。结论在EBV感染患者中多数并没有引起异淋的升高,只有少数导致异淋的异常升高。

Analysis of Relationship Between Epstein-Barr Virus Infected in Children and Atypical Lymphocyte

Objective To investigate whether the proportion of atypical lymphocytes increased in peripheral blood of children when they were infected Epstein-Barr virus.Methods There were EBV-infected group,hospitalized control group and health control group in experiment.And there were 100 cases in every group.The proportion of atypical lymphocytes in their peripheral blood were figured out by macrography under microscope.Results In different groups,the proportion of atypical lymphocytes was（3.7±3.8）% in EBV-infected group,（3.0±2.2）% in hospitalized control group and（1.0±1.1）% in health control group respectively.There was significant difference between EBV-infected group and hospitalized control group（F=19.241,P〈0.001）.Likewise,there was significant difference between EBV-infected group and health control group（F=71.469,P〈0.001）,and there was significant difference between hospitalized control group and health control group （F=30.442,P〈0.001）.There were 8 cases proportion of atypical lymphocytes above 10% in 100 cases of EBV-infected group,one case in hospitalized control group,and no case in health control group,respectively.There was significant difference in three groups（χ2=13.058,P〈0.01）.In EBV-infected group,there was 50.0 percent of proportion of atypical lymphocytes under or equal to 2.0%.One half of the proportion of atypical lymphocytes of Epstein-Barr virosis children didn＇t increase.Conclusion Most of the proportion of atypical lymphocytes of Epstein-Barr virosis children didn＇t increase.Only a few of the proportion of atypical lymphocytes of Epstein-Barr virosis children increased unconventionally.
