摘    要:本文用定量电镜酶细胞化学方法,观察到小鼠H_(22)肝癌细胞经血卟啉衍生物PSD-007加激光照射后15、30、60min和2、6和24h后,线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶活性逐渐下降。为探讨光动力学反应杀伤肿瘤细胞的机制提供了资料。

Abstract:With cytochemistry of enzyme's electron microscopy and texture analysis; system, the dynamic changes of mitochondrial SDH in mouse H22 hepatomas treated with PSD-007 and laser were observed. The reactivity and the numter of mitochondrial SDH decreased gradually from 15 minutes to 2 hours and competely lost up to 24 hours.
