易撕敷料型胶带在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘压迫止血中的应用

目的探讨易撕敷料型胶带在血液透析患者动静脉内瘘压迫止血中的应用效果。方法将260例次血液透析患者随机分为两组,单号使用易撕敷料型胶带150例次为观察组,双号使用微孔通气型胶带110例次为对照组。观察两组患者止血效果。结果观察组和对照组内瘘堵塞,皮下血肿、过敏反应差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）,但在针眼渗血和舒适度方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）,在使用胶带成本、护士完成固定所需时间上差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论易撕敷料型胶带对动静脉内瘘能更有效地进行固定压迫止血,减少内瘘并发症和过敏现象,增加患者舒适度,并能降低护士劳动强度和提高其工作效率,值得临床推广应用。

Application of easy tear dressing adhesive tape on hemostasis by compression in hemodialysis patients

Objective To explore the effect of easy tear dressing adhesive tape on hemostasis by compression in hemodialysis patients. Methods 260 patients were divided into two groups, one group use the easy tear dressing adhesive tape and the other group use the microporous tape ventilation type. Hemostatic effect, patient comfort and nursing workload were compared between the two groups. Results All indexes of the easy tear dressing adhesive tape were superior to those of microporous tape ventilation type. Conclusions As compared to microporous tape ventilation type, the easy tear dressing adhesive tape could improve patient comfort, increase the overall level of health care and patient satisfaction, reduce the workload of nurses and labor intensity, improve work efficiency and reduce allergy incidence. It is worth popularized in clinical application.
