低能量氦—氖激光血管内照射治疗冠心病60例

摘    要:进一步揭示低能量氦-氖激光血管内照射(ILIB)治疗冠心病的机制,观察脂质过氧化指标的血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHpx)的变化,为ILIB的临床应用提供理论依据。方法:对60例冠心病患者选择上肢肘正中静脉或贵要静脉、头静脉进行穿刺,采用ILIB照射循环血液,并设健康体检者20名为正常对照组。结果:ILIB治疗冠心病的临床总有效六率为88%,心电图总有效率为83%。治疗后与治疗前比较,血浆LPO浓度明显下降,血浆SOD及全血GSHpx水平明显升高。结论:ILIB具有明显的抗脂质过氧化损伤效应,该效应是ILIB治疗冠心病的机制之一。

Abstract:Objective , In order to discover, the mechanism of low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irra- diation for coronary heart disease,the levels of LPO , SOD , GSHpx were tested and evaluated. These data will present a theoretical basis for He-Ne laser practice. Methods: The blood samples Of 60 coronary heart disease patients were adopted from the elbow-vein or cranial veins and were radiated by He-Ne laser.The 20 healthy persons were as control group. Results: After treatment , the total effective rate in patients was 88% ,the improved rate of ECG was 83%. The LPO decreased,the SOD, GSHpx raisde.Conclusions:It is proved that low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation has an ability to reduce the organism damage caused by lipid peroxide and is a safe ,effective treatment without adverse reaction.
