中专护理学与"对口"高职护理学专业课程设置的比较

目的 比较中专护理学专业和“对口”高职护理学专业（以下简称高护专业）的课程设置，探讨高护专业课程设置的最佳方案。方法 研究比较现行的中专护理学专业及高护专业的教学计划，并对我校2001级、2002级高护专业学生（以下简称护生）进行间卷调查。结果 中专护理学专业课程与高护专业的课程设置结构相似，缺乏新意，内容重复，未能体现高护专业的特色。结论 高护专业应当尽快改革课程设置、调整教学内容，使该类学生通过3年的学习，真正提高整体素质及业务水平，以满足现代护理工作的需求。

Comparing secondary school nursing with its counterpart college training programs on their respective curriculums

Objective To compare secondary school nursing with its counterpart college training programs on their respective curriculums in order to seek for the best resolution to courses offered in nursing college training programs. Methods To contrast the current secondary school nursing programs with college nurse-training ones on their respective teaching plans, and to have a general paper-survey among the nursing undergraduates chosen from senior nursing classes of Grade 2001 and 2002. Results Too much repetition occurs in their respective courses, there are no obvious changes or improvements between secondary school nursing and its counterpart college training programs and it is concluded that the currently-existing curriculums fail to present the distinguishing features of senior nursing. Conclusion Reforms deed to be carried out as soon as possible on the nursing counterpart college training programs, so that the students majoring in senior nursing may have the opportunity to make a favorable and real progress to get a better quality and working ability for the future through three-year training, so as to meet the needs of modem nursing.
