| 摘 要： | 目的：观察痤疮颗粒对痤疮患者体液免疫中白介素-6和白介素-8水平的影响。方法：观察30例痤疮患者用药前后体液免疫中细胞因子IL-6和IL-8水平,以15例健康人作对照,采用放射性免疫学方法进行检测。结果：痤疮颗粒治疗痤疮患者后,其体液免疫中前炎症细胞因子IL-6和IL-8水平较用药前有显著变化（P﹤0.01）;且经过治疗后患者血清中IL-6和IL-8水平与正常对照组无差异（P﹥0.05）.结论：痤疮颗粒治疗痤疮的机制有降低机体前炎症细胞因子IL-6和IL-8的水平,从而改善体液免疫的一个方面。
