| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术的临床效果。方法对58例闭角型青光眼合并白内障的患者行超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术,观察术后视力、眼压、眼底改变。术后随访3~12月。结果术后视力、眼压、均较术前改善。并发症包括:术后一过性浅前房、角膜水肿、后发障。结论超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术是治疗青光眼合并白内障的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of phacoemulsification with IOL implantation combined with trabeculectomy.Methods 58 cases of angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were treated by phacoemulsification with IOL implantation combined with trabeculectomy,Postoperative visual acuity,intraocular pressure and ocular fundus were observed.Follow-up periods were 3 to 12 months.Results Postoperative visual acuity,intraocular pressure and ocular fundus got better than preopration.Complications included shallow anterior chamber,corneal oedema and after-cataract.Conclusion Phacoemulsification with IOL implantation combined with trabeculectomy is a good method to treat the angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. |
