| 摘 要： | 连续性血液净化(CBP)近年来已成为治疗多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的重要手段。该技术可以清除各种代谢产物和炎症介质,稳定调控水电解质及酸碱平衡,稳定血流动力学,从而改善MODS的预后。目前关于MODS患者应用CBP的治疗剂量、时机等问题仍存在一些争议。

| Abstract: | Continuous blood purification (CBP) has been applied conventionally as an important therapeutic tool in the treatment of patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS),which is effective for removing metabolic products and mediators of inflammation,maintaining water and electrolyte balance and acid-base balance as well as keeping hemodynamic stability,so as to improve the prognosis of patients with MODS.There is still some controversy about the therapeutic dose and treatment time of CBP. |
