摘    要:目的:评价多层螺旋CT容积重建(VR)技术显示脊柱骨性椎间孔形态学类型及病理性改变的作用。方法:对1602例脊柱行螺旋扫描容积重建骨性椎间孔内、外孔面VR图像。其中,颈椎628例,胸椎304例,腰椎570例。结果:1602例患者共11800个椎间孔,其中,颈椎椎间孔4158个,胸椎椎间孔3722个,腰椎3920个。椎间孔的形态:椭圆形4512个,圆形3686个,葫芦形3352个,不规则形250个。椎间孔的病理性改变:骨性椎间孔狭窄766个,其中,椎体后缘骨质增生468个,椎小关节增生386个,混合性增生524个,椎体滑脱48个; 椎间孔增大12个。结论:骨性椎间孔VR图像能整体、细腻、逼真地再现椎间孔的形态学改变,特别是在显示胸椎椎间孔方面填补了影像学检查的空白。椎间孔VR图像是目前显示骨性椎间孔最好的影像学方法。

Abstract:Objective:To estimate the value in demonstrating morphological types and pathomorphism of bony intervertebral foramen (BITF) with applying multi-slice CT (MSCT) volume reconstruct technique (VR).Methods:VR image of medial and lateral surface of the BITF of 1 602 cases including cervical vertebrae 628,thoracic vertebrae 304 and lumbar vertebrae 570 were reconstructed with MSCT.Results:Among 11 800 BITF of 1 602 cases,cervical vertebrae 4 158,thoracic vertebrae 3 722 and lumbar vertebrae 3 920 were estimated.The morphological types of the BITF were as follow:ellipse 4 512,circle 3 686,gourd-shape 3 352 and irregular-shape 250.The pathologic modifications of the BITF included 766 bony stenosis,468 hyperosteogeny in vertebral body posterior marginal and 386 hyperosteogeny in intervertebral joint and 524 mixed hyperosteogeny and 48 vertebral body olisthy,and 12 bony enlargement.Conclusion:The VR image of the BITF can reappear the morphological change of the BITF completely,exquisitely and distinctly,especially fill in the gaps in image examination in thoracic intervertebral foramen.The VR image of BITF is the best image method in displaying BITF.
