血清骨保护素、sRANKL水平与急性冠脉综合征关系的临床研究

目的探讨血清骨保护素（OPG）水平、sRANKL水平与急性冠脉综合征（ACS）的关系。方法选取急性冠脉综合征患者50例,不稳定性心绞痛患者45例,32例冠脉造影正常无冠心病者为对照组。采用全自动生化仪测定LDL-C、hs-CRP等指标水平。采用ELISA法检测血清OPG、sRANKL水平,每例患者均行冠脉造影,并对冠脉进行Gensini评分。结果 ACS组患者血清OPG水平显著高于对照组及不稳定性心绞痛组（P〈0.01）,而血清sRANKL水平显著低于其他两组（P〈0.01）。ACS组血清OPG水平与hs-CRP水平、Gensini评分成正相关（P〈0.05）,而sRANKL水平与hs-CRP水平、Gensini评分成负相关（P〈0.01）。结论血清OPG水平升高、sRNAKL水平降低与ACS的冠状动脉病变严重程度密切相关,检测血清中两者的水平对ACS的辅助诊断、疗效观察及预后判断具有重要价值。

Correlation of serum osteoprotegerin,sRANKL level with acute coronary artery syndrome

Objective To measure the serum levels of osteoprotegerin（OPG） and sRANKL and explore the correlation of acute coronary syndrome（ACS） and concentrations of OPG and sRANKL.Methods 50 patients of ACS,45 patients with stable angina pectoris（UAP） and 32 patients without coronary heart disease were included for the study.The concentrations of OPG and sRANKL were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.High sensitive C reactive protein（hsCRP） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） were analyzed by Automatic biochemical analyzer.All the objects were underwent coronary angiography and the Gensini score.Results The levels of OPG were significantly higher in ACS group than those of UAP and control group（P〈0.01）.The levels of sRANKL were obviously decreased in ACS group than those of UAP and control group（P〈0.01）.The level of OPG in ACS group was positively correlated with the level of hs-CRP and Gensini score（P〈0.01）.The level of sRANKL was negatively correlated with Gensini score and hs-CRP（P〈0.01）.Neither of OPG and sRANKL was correlated with the concentration of LDL-C in plasma（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Plasma levels of OPG and sRANKL are closely related to ACS,which can be used as important indicators for diagnosis and treatment in ACS.
