| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病患者生活质量及用药依从性的影响.方法 选取2012年4月至2013年12月我院98例糖尿病出院患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,每组49例.研究组采用综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,随访6个月,使用SF-36量表评价生活质量,综合比较两组患者治疗依从性及生活质量改善情况的差异.结果 研究组血糖监测、饮食控制、合理运动、遵医用药依从率均高于对照组(P＜0.05);干预后研究组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理干预应用于糖尿病出院患者效果确切,可有效克服医疗机构与家庭脱节的现状,提高患者的治疗依从性及生活质量,优于常规治疗措施.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life of discharged patients with diabetes.Methods 98 discharged patients with diabetes in our hospital from April 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into research group and control group according to the random number table, 49 cases in each group.Research group was treated with comprehensive nursing, while control group was treated with conventional care.SF-36 scale was used to assess life quality.Treatment compliance and quality of life of two groups were compared.Results Treatment compliance of blood sugar monitoring, diet control, reasonable exercise and drug use of research group were all better than those of control group (P＜0.05).Life quality scores of research group were higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for discharged patients with diabetes is effective, which can effectively overcome the disconnecting between medical institutions and families, improve the treatment compliance and quality of life. |
