| 摘 要： | 目的 评价磁敏感成像对颅内海绵状血管瘤的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析我院近3年经临床及部分手术证实的28例海绵状血管瘤患者的T1WI、T2WI、DWI及SWI图像.结果 常规MRI序列发现病灶23个,SWI序列发现病灶共45个.结论 SWI对于颅内海绵状血管瘤的检出率明显高于常规MRI扫描序列,具有很高的诊断价值.

The diagnostic value of susceptibility weighted imaging in intracranial cavernous angiomas and imaging findings |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of susceptibility weighted imaging in the diagnosis of intracranial cavernous angiomas.Method T1WI, T2WI, DWI and SWI images of 28 cases of cavernous angiomas proved by clinic and some operation were retrospectively analyzed in the past three years in our hospital.Result 23 lesions were found by conventional MRI sequence, 45 lesions were found by SWI sequence.Conclusion The detection rate of cerebral cavernous angiomas by SWI sequence was significantly higher than that by conventional MRI sequence, with a high diagnostic value. |
