手术室护理风险管理中应用护理标识的效果探讨

目的 探讨分析手术室内护理标识在护理风险管理与控制中的具体应用价值,并对其临床应用效果进行分析.方法 选取2013年1月至12月于我院手术治疗的患者124例为对照组,另选取我院2014年1月至12月手术患者162例为研究组.其中对照组实施常规手术室护理管理,研究组在上述护理基础上给予护理标识的手术室护理风险管理.比较分析两组护理人员的护理风险事件发生率、投诉率、患者满意度以及两组护理人员对于护理风险管理知识的知晓情况.结果 研究组发生护理风险事件发生率为4.3％(7/162),投诉率为2.5％(4/162);而对照组则分别为12.9％(16/124)和9.7％(12/124);经比较,研究组护理风险事件发生率及投诉率均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).研究组患者满意度及护理人员风险管理知识的知晓情况均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 护理标识可有效减少手术室护理风险事件发生率,提高护理人员风险管理知识的知晓度以及患者满意度,具有良好的临床应用价值.

The application of nursing marks in nursing risk management of operating room

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing marks in nursing risk management and control of operating room.Methods 124 patients in our hospital from January to December 2013 were selected as control group, and received routine operation room nursing management.162 patients in our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected as research group, and received operation room nursing risk management with nursing marks on the basis of control group.The incidence of nursing risk events, complaints rate, patients' satisfaction and awareness of nursing risk management knowledge were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in research group was 4.3％ (7/162), the complaints rate was 2.5％ (4/162);those in control group were 12.9％ (16/124) and 9.7％ (12/124) respectively;with statistically significant differences between two groups (x2=5.8831, 5.6126;P=0.0153, 0.0178).Patients' satisfaction and awareness of nursing risk management knowledge in research group were better than those in control group (x2=8.2979, t=1 1.2320;P=0.0141, 0.0000).Conclusion Nursing marks is helpful to reducing the incidence of nursing risk events in operation room, and improving the awareness of risk management knowledge and patients' satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
