腹腔镜辅助下直肠外翻拖出式手术治疗直肠癌的临床效果研究

目的 观察腹腔镜辅助下直肠外翻拖出式手术治疗直肠癌的临床效果.方法 择取我院2013年6月至2014年12月收取的60例直肠癌患者,根据随机分配原则将患者分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,各30例.观察组患者在实施直肠外翻拖出手术的同时给予腹腔镜辅助,对照组患者实施腹腔镜辅助直肠前切除手术.对比两组患者术后并发症以及临床治疗效果.结果 观察组仅有1例患者术后复发,复发率为3.3％,对照组3例复发,复发率为10.0％,观察组优于对照组;两组患者手术后均保留控制排便功能,观察组患者进食后14天内每天排便次数平均为9次,对照组为4次.半年后观察组平均排便次数为3次,对照组1次.观察组患者术后恢复后排便次数高于对照组,但并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论 腹腔镜辅助下对直肠癌患者进行外翻拖出式手术操作简单,而且安全,患者术后生存质量高.

Laparoscopy-assisted rectal pull-out operation for rectal cancer

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopy-assisted rectal pull-out operation for rectal cancer.Methods 60 patients with rectal cancer admitted into our hospital from June, 2013 to December, 2014 were selected and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 30 cases for each group.The observation group were treated with laparoscopy-assisted rectal pull-out operation and the control group rectal pull-out operation.The postoperative complications and clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After operation, 1 patient got recurrence in the observation group, with a recurrence 3.3％;and 3 got recurrence in the control group, with arecurrence rate of 10.0％.After operation, both groups retained the function of controlling defecation;14 days after eating, the observation group had average 9 defecations daily and the control group 4;half year from then, the observation group had average 3 defecations daily and the control group 1.The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group, with a statistical difference.Conclusions Laparoscopy-assisted rectal pull-out operation for rectal cancer is simple and safe, with high postoperative survival quality.
