中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效分析

目的 探讨中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法 收集我院2013年1月至2015年3月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者80例前瞻性研究且随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组患者给予柳氮磺吡啶,实验组患者则加施中药灌肠,比较两组患者治疗前后主要症状评分、整体治疗效果与镜下观粘膜情况等.结果 实验组患者治疗后各症状评分与对照组组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01);实验组患者治疗总有效率(90.0％)明显高于对照组(75.0％),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组患者镜下观粘膜炎症(15.0％ vs.37.5％)、粘膜水肿(7.5％ vs.27.5％)、粘膜充血(5.0％ vs.22.5％)、溃疡(2.5％vs.17.5％)与糜烂(0 vs.12.5％)明显少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效显著,具有借鉴性.

Curative effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 80 cases of ulcerative colitis admitted in our hospital form January 2013 to March 2015 were selected for prospective study, and were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with sulfasalazine, while experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema.Major symptoms score, overall treatment effect, endoscopic mucosal conditions of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There were statistically significant differences in each symptom score between two groups after treatment (P＜0.01).The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (90.0％ vs.75.0％), with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The rates of endoscopic mucosal inflammation, mucosal edema, mucous membrane hyperemia, ulcer and erosion of experimental group were significantly less than those of control group (15.0％ vs.37.5％, 7.5％ vs.27.5％, 5.0％ vs.22.5％, 2.5％ vs.17.5％, 0 vs.12.5％), with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is remarkable, this treatment regimen should be of reference.
