老年戊型肝炎患者NO及脂质过氧化的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨老年戊型肝炎患者血清NO、MDA、SOD与发病的关系。方法 采用Griers比色法测定NO,以TBA法测定MDA,以分光光度法测定SOD。结果 老年戊型肝炎患者血清NO、MDA浓度明显高于正常老年对照组(P〈0.05),SOD明显低于正常老年对照组(P〈0.05)。血清胆红素〉85.5nmol/L者表NO之间差异无显著性,而血清MDA、SOD差异有显著性(P〈0.05 ̄0.01)。发生重

Abstract:Aim To determine the effect of NO, MDA and SOD on pathogeny of hepatitis E in aged patients. Methods NO was detected by Griers colorimetry, MDA by TBA method and SOD by spectrophotometry. The serum levels of NO, MDA and SOD were detected in 50 aged patients with hepatitis E. Results The level of SOD was significantly lower (P < 0.05), while NO and MDA were higher (P < 0. 05 ) than those in normal aged controls. There was a postivve correlation between MDA and total bilirubin (TBil) (P < 0.05). There was also a negative correlation between SOD and TBil(P < 0.05). The levels of SOD and NO were significantly low while MDA were elevated in patients who had developed into serious hepatitis (P < 0.05 ~ 0.01 ). There was a postitve correlation between NO and SOD(P < 0 .01 ). There were negative correlations between MDA and NO (P < 0.05) and between MDA and SOD (P < 0.05). Conclusions These results suggested there were unbalance between Oxidation and anti-oxidation which play a role in the pathogeny in aged patients with hepatitis E. MDA and SOD may be as markers which can judge the degree of hepatic injury and prognosis in aged patients with hepatitis E.
