| 摘 要： | 本文报道了107例滑膜肉瘤，均经手术、病理证实。除17例术前明确诊断外，余90例被误诊为其它肿瘤、甚至关节炎及关节结核等，误诊率为84．1％。为提高早期诊断符合率，根据本组资料，重点分析了误诊原因，并提出有助于早期诊断和X钱的依据。

| Abstract: | It is reported 107 cases of synoviosarcoma that have all been verified by operation and histopathology. Except 17 cases were diagnosed before operation, the rest 90 cases were misdiagnosed as other tumor, even arthritides and tuberculosis of joint and so on, the rate of misdiagnosis was 84.1%. In order to increase the rate diagnosis to be more accurate, aeeowhng to this group of material, we analysed emphatically, the misdiagnotic reasons and provide the basis that can help early diagnsis and X-ray. |
