病毒性乙型肝炎患者163例恐惧心理分析

目的 了解乙型肝炎（乙肝）患者的恐惧心理，并探讨其防治措施。方法 江门市疾控中心门诊部对2000年1月-2003年6月就诊的580例乙肝病人进行心理状态调查。对有恐惧心理者采取耐心解释与暗示治疗护理相结合。结果 580例中接受治疗的163例，占28．10％，其中152例通过心理辅助治疗，心理恢复正常，占接受治疗病人总数的93．25％；好转8例，占4．91％；无效3例，占1．84％。对痊愈的i43例进行随防，未发现恐惧心理复发者。结论 心理护理对乙肝患者恐惧心理的消除收到较为满意的效果。

Analysis on the Dread Mentality among Virosis Hepatitis B Patients

Objective] To learn the dread mentality among hepatitis patients and explore preventive measures.Methods] Survey was conducted on the mental situation of 580 hepatitis B patients in Jiangmen Center for Disease Prevention and Control since January of 2000 to June of 2003.The hepatitis B patients with dread mentality were nursed with careful explanation combined with implication therapy.Results] 160 out of the 580 patients(28.10%) received the treatment,among which 152 patients(93.25%) recovered,8 patients((4.91%)) were on the mend and the effect on 3 cases(1.84%) was null.Following-up on the 143 recovered patients showed that there were no cases relapsed.Conclusion] Mental nursing is proved to be satisfactory and effective for alleviating dread mentality of the hepatitis B patients.
