影响前循环动脉瘤夹闭术预后的相关因素分析

目的 分析颅内前循环动脉瘤夹闭术后的相关影响因素，期望对其手术治疗起指导作用。方法 回顾分析83例患者的动脉瘤破裂次数，Hunt-Hess分级，动脉瘤部位、个数、瘤囊最大径等与预后（GOS）的关系并进行统计学分析。结果 动脉瘤破裂次数、Hunt-Hess分级与GOS显著相关（P〈O．01），动脉瘤部位、个数、瘤囊最大径与GOS无关（P〉0．05）。结论 患者的动脉瘤破裂次数、Hunt-Hess分级与预后有相关性，动脉瘤部位、个数、瘤囊最大径与预后没有关系。

Anglysis of the influencing factors of the prognosis after clipping aneurysms of anterior williss circulation aneurysm

Objective: To study the relatively influencing factors of prognosis after clipping intracranial aneurysms of anterior circulation.Methods: Retrospectively analysed the influencing factors of 83 cases of anterior circulation aneurysm,such as the rupture times of aneurysms,Hunt-Hess grading,aneurysm site,aneurysm number and the largest diameter of aneurysm studied their relationship with patients' Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)and analysed statistically.Results: The statistical results showed that the rupture times of aneurysms and Hunt-Hess grading had significant difference with GOS(P<0.01),but aneurysm site,aneurysm number and the largest diameter of aneurysm have no statistical difference with GOS(P>0.05).Conclusions: The rupture times of aneurysm and Hunt-Hess grading have direct relationships with patients' prognosis,the other three factors: aneurysm site,number and the largest diameter perhaps have no direct relationship with patients' prognosis.
