鼻肠管早期肠内营养辅以肠外营养支持在重型颅脑损伤中的临床研究

目的观察鼻肠管早期肠内营养辅以肠外营养对重型颅脑损伤患者的治疗效果。方法将72例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为实验组与对照组各36例，实验组留置鼻肠管，对照组留置鼻胃管，均给予早期肠内营养辅以场外营养的营养支持方式，观察两组生活指标、胃肠道耐受及并发症情况。结果营养支持后7d血清蛋白呈上升趋势，但两组比较无差异（P〉0．05）；两组血糖均较营养支持前下降，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；实验组并发症发生率比对照组明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论重型颅脑损伤病患者鼻肠管早期肠内营养辅以场外营养支持方式，可以明显改善营养状况，减少并发症的发生。

Nasal tube of early enteral nutrition supplemented with parenteral nutrition support in severe head injury in clinical research

Objective To observe the nasal tube of early enteral nutrition supplemented parenteral nutrition on patients with severe brain injury treatment. Methods 72 cases of patients with severe brain injury were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 36 cases, the experimental group indwelling nasal tube, the control group indwelling nasogastric tube, were given early enteral nutrition supplemented with the nutritional support over-the-counter nutritional approach observed two groups of life indicators, gastrointestinal tolerance and complications of the situation. Results The nutritional support 7 d serum protein after an upward trend, but no difference in the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ） ;two groups of blood glucose than those of nutritional support before the decline in difference between the two groups was significant（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;the experimental group concurrent Disease incidence was significantly lower than control（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The severe head injury patients with nasal tube of early enteral nutrition supplemented with over-the-counter nutritional support, it can significantly improved nutritional status, reduce complications.
