三仁汤合辛菊雾化剂治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效观察

目的：观察三仁汤联合辛菊雾化剂鼻腔负压置换治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：将144例儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者随机（按2：1）分成治疗组96例和对照组48例，治疗组用三仁汤口服联合辛菊雾化剂鼻腔负压置换治疗，对照组口服头孢克肟颗粒联合庆大霉素加地塞米松鼻腔负压置换治疗。观察治疗前后症状体征改善情况，并复查鼻窦CT检查。症状量化评估使用视觉模拟量表（VAS）在治疗前后进行评分。结果：总有效率治疗组为88．5％，对照组为72．9％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）．．2组治疗后VAS评分均明显降低，治疗组治疗前后比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）；对照组治疗前后比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：三仁汤联合辛菊雾化剂治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎效果良好。

Effect of Oral Use of Sanren Decoction Combined with Xinju Spray for Treatment of Children Chronic Sinusitis

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of oral use of Sanren Decoction（SRD） combined with Xinju Spray replacement nasal suction treatment （XJSRT） for children chronic sinusitis. Methods. One hundred and forty-four children with chronic sinusitis were randomized （in the proportion of 2 ： 1） into the treatment group （n=96） and the control group （n=48）. The treatment group was treated with oral use of SRD combined with XJSRT. The control group was treated with oral use of Cefixime Granules combined with Gentamicin plus Dexamethasone nasal vacuum exchange therapy. Before and after treatment, symptoms and signs as well as CT scan of the sinus were analyzed. The quantitative assessment of symptoms was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）. Results： The total effective rate was 88.5% in the treatment group, and was 72.9% in the control group, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, VAS scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment, the difference being highly significant in the treatment group （P 〈 0.01） and being significant in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of VAS score between two groups after treatment was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion. SRD combined with XJST exerts good therapeutic effect for children chronic sinusitis.
