| 摘 要： | 目的：观察补脾泻胃针法治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分成2组，治疗组30例采用补脾泻胃针法治疗，对照组30全歼 采用平补平泻针法治疗，2组均每天施治1次，8天为1疗程，疗程间休息2天继续下一疗程，6疗程后观察疗效。结果：2组总有效率比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后腰围、臀围、腰臀比比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗前后腰围、臀围、腰臀比比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05），，2组治疗后体重、胆固醇及甘油三酯比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗前后体重、胆固醇及甘油三酯比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：补脾泻胃针法治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效显著，同时还可以降低患者的血脂，
