乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎疗效观察

目的：观察乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效和安全性.方法：70例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组患者予乳酸菌阴道胶囊0.5g,每晚阴道放置,连用7d,联合戊酸雌二醇片1.0 mg,每晚阴道放置,连用7d.对照组患者仅予戊酸雌二醇片1.0 mg,每晚阴道放置,连用7d.观察两组的临床疗效及安全性,比较治疗后3个月内两组随访观察的总复发率.结果：观察组总有效率为94.29％,明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.两组患者治疗期间未发生明显药物不良反应.观察组患者治疗后3个月内随访的总复发率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗老年性阴道炎疗效确切,安全性好,并能明显降低复发率.

Efficacy of Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules Combined with Estradiol Valerate in the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect and security of lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with estradiol valerate in th treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods：Totally 70 patients with senile vaginitis were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.The patients in the observation group were given 0.5g lacidophilin vaginal capsules and 1.0mg estradiol valerate placed in the vagina once a night for 7 days.The patients in the control group were only given 1.0mg estradiol valerate with the same method.The clinical curative effect and security of the patients were observed,and the total reoccurrence rate in 3-month following-up observation after the medical treatment were compared.Results：After the medical treatment,the total efficiency of patients in the observation group was 94.29%,which was much higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.No obvious drug adverse reaction was appeared in the two groups during the medical treatment.The total reoccurrence rate of the observation group in the 3-month following-up after the medical treatment was much lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Lacidophilin vaginal capsules combined with estradiol valerate has reliable curative effect on senile vaginitis with high security,and can obviously reduce the reoccurrence rate.
