曲普瑞林联合腹腔镜治疗轻度子宫内膜异位症合并不孕疗效观察

目的：探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动药曲普瑞林联合腹腔镜治疗轻度子宫内膜异位症（EM）合并不孕的疗效.方法：轻度EM合并不孕患者50例随机分为观察组和对照组各25例.观察组腹腔镜保守治疗后联合注射曲普瑞林,对照组仅采用腹腔镜保守治疗,比较两组临床疗效及雌二醇（E2）,卵泡刺激素（FSH）和黄体生成素（LH）等血清性激素水平变化.结果：治疗后,两组血清性激素水平均显著下降,且观察组血清E2、FSH和LH水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组治疗有效率92.0％,高于对照组84.0％,不良反应低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：腹腔镜保守治疗后联合注射曲普瑞林治疗轻度EM合并不孕疗效显著,不良反应少.

Observation of Curative Effect of Triptorelin Combined with Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Mild Endometriosis with Infertility

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist triptorelin combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of mild endometriosis （EM） with infertility.Methods：Totally 50 mild EM patients with infertility were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The observation group was given triptorelin combined with laparoscopic conservative treatment,while the control group was only received laparoscopic conservative treatment,and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results：After the treatment,serum sex hormone levels in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group had lower serum E2,FSH and LH levels than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; the effective rate of the observation group was 92.0% （23/25）,which was higher than that of the control group 84.0% （21/25）],and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,however,the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic conservative treatment combined with triptorelin in the treatment of mild EM patients with infertility has obvious curative effect and fewer adverse reactions.
