乳癖散结胶囊中挥发油的提取及包合工艺研究

目的：优选乳癖散结胶囊中挥发油的提取与包合工艺.方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以提取量为指标,通过单因素试验考察药材粉碎度、提取时间对提取工艺的影响;采用饱和水溶液法包合挥发油,以包合率为指标,通过正交试验考察挥发油与β-环糊精（β-CD）的比例、包合温度和时间对包合工艺的影响.结果：最佳提取工艺为药材粉碎成最粗粉（通过10目筛）,提取3h;最佳包合工艺为β-环糊精和挥发油的比例为4∶0.5 （g∶ ml）,包合温度45℃,包合时间1.5h.结论：优选的挥发油提取与包合工艺条件稳定可行,为其生产提供参考依据.

Optimization of Extraction and Inclusion Technology for Volatile Oil in Rupi Sanjie Capsules

Objective：To optimize the extraction and inclusion technology of volatile oil in Rupi Sanjie capsules.Methods：The volatile oil was extracted by a steam distillation method with the yield of volatile oil as the index,and the effects of comminution degree of medicinal materials and extraction time on the extraction technology were investigated by single factor test.The volatile oil was adducted by β-cyclodextrin（β-CD） using a saturated aqueous solution method.With the inclusion ratio as the index and the ratio of volatile oil to β-CD,inclusion temperature and time as the influencing factors,an orthogonal test was used to optimize the inclusion technology.Results：The optimum extraction conditions were as follows：the comminution degree of medicinal materials was 10 mesh with the extraction time of 3h.The optimal inclusion technology was as follows：the ratio of β-CD to volatile oil was 4∶0.5 （g∶ ml）,the inclusion temperature was 45℃,and the inclusion time was 1.5h.Conclusion：The optimized extraction and inclusion technology conditions are reasonable and feasible to provide the reference for the production.
