复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性溃疡患者的疗效与安全性

目的：探讨复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性的消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效与安全性.方法：112例Hp阳性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组各56例.对照组使用四联疗法根除Hp,然后予以奥美拉唑抑酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片进行治疗.观察两组患者临床疗效、Hp根除率及药物不良反应发生情况.结果：两组治疗后临床症状积分均明显低于治疗前（P＜0.01）,且观察组积分降低更显著（P＜0.01）;观察组与对照组总有效率分别为94.6％和78.6％,ADR发生率分别为3.6％和17.9％,两组间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,Hp根除率分别为92.9％和80.4％,两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性的消化性溃疡疗效显著,不良反应少.

Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets of Joint Quadruple Therapy for Helicobacter Pylori Positive Efficacy and Safety of Ulcer Patients

Objective：To study the compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combination quadruple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori （Hp） the clinical curative effect and security of the positive patients with peptic ulcer.Selection.Methods：our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were analyzed in 112 cases of helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer patients,randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group using Hp eradication quadruple therapy,then to omeprazole inhibitory acid treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of using compound lactobacillus acidophilus treatment,observe clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,Hp eradicate rate and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.Results：two groups after treatment of clinical symptom score were significantly lower than before treatment （P 〈 0.01）,and the observation group declines more significantly （P 〈 0.01） ; Observation group and control group total effective rate were 94.6% and 78.6% respectively,the incidence of ADR were 3.6% （2/56） and 17.9% （10/56）,the difference between the two groups have statistical significance （P 〈0.05）,Hp eradicate rate were 92.9% （52/56） and 80.4% （45/56） （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion：compound lactobacillus acidophilus combined quadruple therapy to treat the Hp positive peptic ulcer curative effect is distinct,less adverse reaction.
