喜炎平联合常规治疗小儿手足口病疗效观察

目的：探讨喜炎平联合常规治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效.方法：66例手足口病患儿随机分成两组各33例.两组患儿均给予常规对症治疗.对照组患儿同时给予10 mg·kg-1利巴韦林注射液加5％葡萄糖注射液100 ml,ivd,qd,7d为一个疗程;观察组患儿同时给予5～ 10 mg·kg-1喜炎平注射液加5％葡萄糖注射液100 ml,ivd,qd,7d为一个疗程.比较两组患儿临床疗效,临床症状消退时间、住院时间及肝功能恢复率、肌钙蛋白转阴率、肠道病毒转阴率.结果：治疗后,对照组总有效率为72.73％,观察组总有效率为93.94％,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组临床症状消退时间、住院时间均较对照组明显缩短（P＜0.05）,治疗后肝功能恢复率、肌钙蛋白转阴率、肠道病毒转阴率等指标则显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：喜炎平联合常规治疗小儿手足口病疗效确切,可有效缩短病程,改善临床症状,是治疗小儿手足口病安全有效的方法.

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Xiyanping Combined with Conventional Treatment in Children with Hand foot mouth Disease

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Xiyanping injections combined with the conventional treatment in the children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods：Totally 66 children with hand-foot-mouth were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,and each group had 33 cases.The two groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was given 10mg · kg-1 ribavirin injections in 100ml 5% glucose infusions by intravenous drip additionally,once a day,and 7-day was one treatment course.The treatment group was given 5-10 mg/kg of Xiyanping injections in 100ml 5% glucose infusions by intravenous drip additionally with the same regimen.The clinical curative effect,clinical symptom disappearance time,time of hospitalization,troponin seroconversion rate,intestinal virus clearance rate and rate of liver function recovery of the two groups were compared.Results：After the treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 72.73%,that of the treatment group was 93.94%,and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） ; the clinical symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; the liver function recovery rate,troponin negative rate and intestinal virus clearance rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of Xiyanping injections combined with the conventional treatment in the children with hand-foot-mouth disease is exact,which can effectively shorten the course of disease,and improve the clinical symptoms with promising safety and efficacy.
