| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自体微粒皮在外科修复领域中的应用。方法应用自体微粒皮加异体皮或异种皮修复烧伤、皮肤撕脱伤、皮瓣供皮区、肿瘤切除后创面等皮肤损伤,共56例。结果成功修复53例,占94.6%。结论利用自体微粒皮代替大块自体皮移植修复皮肤创面,效果理想。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application for particle skin in repair field.Methods 56 patients weretreated with self-body particle skin with allosome skin or hetero-skin because of some reason such as repairing burns, skin tearing and dropping burns, skin segment providing skin area, the surface of a wound after cutting tumor, etc.Results 53 cases(94.6%)were successfully repaired.Conclusion Particle skin to replace large piece of self-body skin to be transplanted for repairing the surface of wound skin has reached ideal effect. |
