| 摘 要： | 目的：观察胃癌宁汤治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法：在标准化疗基础上，运用中药复方胃癌宁汤治疗晚期胃癌58例，并设化疗对照组42例。结果：治疗组CEA、CA19—9较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．05），生存质量显著升高（P〈0．05）；对照组变化不明显，组间比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：胃癌宁汤能降低肿瘤标志物CEA和CA19—9活性，提高生存质量，对化疗药物有减毒增效作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： to observe the clinical effect of decoction for stomach cancer to treat late gastric cancer. Method： 58 cases of late gastric cancer were treated with decoction for stomach cancer on the basis of standard chemotherapy and the control was 42 cases, Result： the 26 cases of CEA and 22 cases of CA199 were higher than common in the treatment and the 24 cases of CEA and 20 cases of CA199 were higher than common in the control, Conclusion： the decoction for stomach cancer had the function to cut down the tu- mor markers of CEA and CA199 activity and raise living quality and had the attenuation and synergistic effect to late gastric cancer chemotherapy. |
