| 摘 要： | 通过从历史渊源、煎药方法、汤剂质量三个方面比较煎药机与传统制备汤剂的方法，探析二者的差异，以帮助临床治疗时尽可能在药物煎煮的环节减少不必要的损失，从而使汤剂的药效得到最大的发挥。对比显示，两种方法各有利弊，现有研究较薄弱，急需加大二者的综合对比研究。

| Abstract: | the article compared the decocting medicine machine and traditional method to prepare decoction from history source, decocting medicine method and decoction quality to reduce the loss in clinic and raise the decoction function. The results showed that two methods had themselves advantages and disadvantages. |
