| 摘 要： | 方法：用补肾活血中药调经助孕胶囊混悬液灌胃于六组大鼠（模型空白组、丹那唑对照组、调经助孕胶囊高、低剂量组、空白对照组及假手术组），对大鼠细胞因子（TNF—α、IL-2、IL-8、）进行观察。目的：探讨调经助孕胶囊的作用机制，进而为EMs的临床治疗提供依据。结果：模型组大鼠的TNF—α、IL-2、IL-8同模型空白组相比均升高，调经助孕胶囊组大鼠与模型组大鼠的TNF—α、IL-2、IL-8相比显著降低。结论：EMs确有细胞因子含量的升高，调经助孕胶囊能降低TNF—α、IL-2、IL-8来治疗EMs。

| Abstract: | Objective： to approach the mechanism of action of regualting menstruation to help fetation capsule to provide the evidence for clinic. Method： the rats were divided 6 groups as follow： control, model, danazol, high and lower regualting menstruation to help fetation capsule and sham operation and the TNF-α, IL - 2 and IL - 8 were observed. Results： the TNF - α, IL - 2 and IL - 8 were in model higher than control and lower than regualting menstruation to help fetation capsule. Conclusion： the cytokine content was high in endometriosis and the regualting menstruation to help fetation capsule had the function to degrade the TNF-α、IL- 2 and IL - 8 to treat endornetriosis. |
