几种化疗药物杀原头蚴的效果比较

离体试验0.062～0.25％新洁尔灭,0.125～O.25％醋酸,O.1～O.2％安替福民和0.05～0.2％麝香草酚溶液均具有较强的杀原头蚴作用。均在5～10分钟内可达到100％杀死原头蚴的效果,作用迅速可靠,毒性小。原头蚴与药液接触后可在2～3分钟内出现皮层起泡、起刺、皮层分离、溶解及虫体发暗、钙粒减少等形态结构变化,原头蚴经药液处理10分钟后,给小白鼠腹腔接种,均未发育成棘球蚴。原头蚴经10％甲醛和3％双氧水溶液处理10分钟,死亡率(染色法的着色率)分别为5.2％和O,用5％甲醛和1.5％双氧水溶液处理原头蚴10分钟后接种小鼠腹腔其感染率分别为16.6％和22.2％。

Comparative Studies On Scolicidal Action of SomeChemotherapeutic Drugs in Vitro

This paper presented the results of the scolicidal action of four chemical drugs against E. granulosus protoscolices in vitro. 0.062-0.25% Brome geramine, 0.1-0.2% Antiformin, 0.125-0.25% Acetic acid, 0.05-0.2% Thymol have intensive scolicidal actions. While contacted with the above chemicals for 2-3 minutes, the protoscolices showed obvious morphological changes. When the protoscolices were treated for 10 minutes with the same chemicals, they could not develop into secondary hydatid cysts in mice. The scolicidal action of the four chemicals are all stronger than 10% formalin and 3% H_2O_2 against protoscolices as judged by their loss of mortility, readiness to take vital stain and inability to develop into secondary hydatid cyst in mice. The protoscolices were treated with 5% formalin and 1.5% H_2O_2 for 10 minutes, then developed into secondary hydatid cyst with the ratio of 16.6% and 22.2% respectively after being inoculated into mice.
