| 摘 要： | 对143对具有不良孕产史夫妇外周血淋巴细胞培养,染色体常规制片,G,C显带处理后进行染色体核型分析。发现异常染色体核型者14例,占4.9%。男9例,女5例。对14例有异常染色体核型夫妇的孕产史进行了分析,其中自然流产发生次数为26孕次,发生率为58%。并对几种异常染色体的发生及其可能产生的遗传效应进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | We used the culture of peripheral blood lymphocytes from 143 couples with a
history of unhealthy pregnancy and delivery. The samples, after routine chro-
mosome preparation and G-and C-banding procedures, were evaluated for karyot-
ypes. We found 14 cases (9 men and 5 women) with abnormal karyetyfes,
accounting for 4.9% of the total. In these 14 cases, the frequency of spontaneous
abortion was 26 times-an incidence of 58%. The occurrencc and possible genetic
effect of the abnormal chromosome are discussed. |
